Where To Stay

There are a wide range of options when it comes to places to stay in Greenville and around Moosehead.

Given that our events are taking place in town and at Blair Hill we recommend you don't stay any further around the west side of the lake then Greenville Junction or up the east side past Lily Bay (feel free to check with us if you aren't sure about where a place is).

Be sure to check out the map.

Cabins
Staying in a cabin on the lake is fantastic, many of them require weekly stays in season but it never hurts to ask about a weekend or shorter rental.  Many of the cabins around Moosehead are quite spacious and can accommodate more than one couple or family comfortably.
  • Amanda at Northwoods Camp Rentals will take great care of you, she rents plenty of cabins for the owners (plus Erin's first summer job was with Northwoods).
  • Moosehead Lake Vacation Rentals is the other main agency for cabin rentals.
  • Wilson Pond Camps has 5 quite nice cabins on Lower Wilson Pond.
  • Beaver Cove Camps has a great location but most cabins are single beds.
  • Moose Tracks has several cabins on Prong Pond.
  • Moosehead Hills has several cabins on Lower Wilson Pond and Moosehead.
  • The Cozy Moose has several cabins available.
  • Kokadjo (co-cad-joe) is a fair bit up the road and Fred and Marie are quite the pair (see also Where to Eat).
  • There are a number of other places with a few cabins or individual cabins that folks rent out.  You can see a listing (with links) here.
Motels (and such)
Think clean, no frills motor lodge for most of these places, a couple have great views and one is on the lake.
B&B's
Several high end places and a more down home one.
A fairly complete list of all lodgings in the area is available here.
